Comprehensive GroupWise Reporting Tools

MessageInsight is the reporting component of the Control for GroupWise suite. MessageInsight provides Web-based historical reporting and trend analysis to help organizations track usage, identify abuse, and optimize GroupWise performance.

Flexible Web-Based Reporting

With MessageInsight, administrators have access to over 60 pre-defined reports that are fully customizable to their business needs. In an interactive Web-based interface, MessageInsight provides reports on all of the GroupWise specific modules (Gateway, Domain, Post Office, WebAccess, Mailbox). Features include:

• Complete drill down capabilities
• Numerous filters for report customization
• Publish to public folders
• Charting and graphing
• Export capabilities (Email, Excel, PDF, etc.)
• Traffic statistics on the Gateway, Domain, Post Office, and Mailbox levels
• Time interval reports (by hour, by day, etc.)
• Top X reports to identify top receivers, senders, Internet domains, and more
• Detailed user reports on subject line, date sent, etc.
• Trend traffic by Gateway, Domain, Post Office, and Mailbox
• Trend by month, week, or day

The Control for GroupWise suite is comprised of MessageInsight and Periscope, which provides monitoring, alerting, service level agreement and performance reporting.
